Magnificent Haley Vs Train Haley
Hot young star Haley Bennett stars in both The Girl On The Train and The Magnificent Seven. Which Haley is best?
Chances are you've never heard of Haley Bennett. That will quickly change. Now starring in two major movies - The Magnificent Seven and The Girl On The Train - she is the hottest new actress out there. Question is, which movie best showcases her skills? Let's see.
CHARACTER POWERS
Haley plays Emma Cullen, who sets out to build a private army to protect her town after thugs kill her husband. She is handy with a rifle, and more than willing to fight.
Haley plays the troubled Megan Hipweil, the obsession of the titular girl on the train (Emily Blunt). Her traumatic past causes problems with her husband, so she seeks solace from her therapist, among others.
ROUND ONE: TRAIN HALEY
Magnificent Haley kicks butt, but Train Haley is complex and fascinating.
HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND POWERS
She's a one-man woman! Unfortunately, her man (Matt Bomer) gets killed in the first five minutes of the flick. Though he doesn't live long, he was sickeningly handsome and stupidly brave. RIP, fella.
Her impossibly hot husband (Luke Evans) adores her. Her exotic therapist (Edgar Ramirez) is also smitten. And they're not the only ones. Unfortunately, she finds it a bit too easy to seduce men, and it causes her nothing but problems.
ROUND TWO: MAGNIFICENT HALEY
Train Haley's guys are trouble. Magnificent Haley has the best dead hubby ever.
WARDROBE POWERS
Though her colour palette is limited to mostly brown and tan and beige - this is the Old West after all - Magnificent Haley still looks mighty sexy. Just because you're a widow doesn't mean you can't bare your shoulders and/or cleavage.
This suburban stunner knows how to dress to seduce. Tight skirts and silky, form-hugging tops. Yoga clothes. Teensy shorts paired with a bikini top. She even makes a cardigan look hawt.
ROUND THREE: TRAIN HALEY
Magnificent Haley is gorgeous in her period costumes, but Train Haley is luminous in her modern-day finery.
THE WINNER: TRAIN HALEY
The Girl On The Train is one of the best films of the year, and Haley is a big part of that. Love her!
