Must-see MVs
Bruno Mars' latest 24K Magic is no Uptown Funk, but it's still a joy to watch.
BRUNO MARS - 24K MAGIC
This is Mars riding the wave of the immense hit he collaborated on with Mark Ronson, Uptown Funk.
24K Magic sounds much like the previous hit and its video also looks familiar.
Set in Las Vegas, the MV, like its predecessor, boasts colourful visuals, lively dancing, and expert editing.
Uptown Funk-lite or no, 24K Magic is great fun and a joy to watch.
DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE - MILLION DOLLAR LOAN
While this MV is a lyric video, it successfully pushes the alternative rock band's message of exactly who American citizens should not vote for this November.
The song references a comment made by Republican nominee Donald Trump about the "small loan of a million dollars" given to him by his father, with images of a Trump lookalike. Clever satire at its best.
PANIC! AT THE DISCO - LA DEVOTEE
Fans of this pop punk band are no doubt used to their occasionally occult-looking music videos, and LA Devotee is no different.
This video stars Noah Schnapp, the young actor known for his work on Netflix's supernatural drama Stranger Things.
The MV features shots of Schnapp getting drawn into a cult, with shots of men with animal heads and blood being poured over a skull.
The dark nature of the video may be too heavy for some, but will no doubt be enjoyed by existing fans.
