Healthy fun, and delicious too!
Say "oats" and some may go, "boring" or "plain".
But it does not have to be so.
Captain Oats has found different ways that you can eat this healthy but underrated food.
The company's executive director, Mr Michael Chew, says: "Oats is a versatile ingredient which can be taken as it is for those who like it that way.
"Alternatively, there are ways where one can get creative with oats recipes and enjoy it as mango oats milkshake, overnight oats with fresh berries, oat prawns or even tom yum oats porridge.
"It can be savoury or sweet, and it is your choice."
The various recipes, adds Mr Chew, bring a fresh perspective to the palette and can be thoroughly enjoyed while you take in the nutritional goodness.
On its involvement with this year's event, Mr Chew says: "Captain Oats is a strong believer in healthy living for everyone and we are delighted to be a part of the The New Paper Courts Big Walk 2016."
Participants may want to try the milkshake recipe - a treat you can take before or after the walk. (See recipe on right.)
Mr Chew says that Captain Oats' products have high amounts of protein and essential minerals like magnesium. They also contain beta-glucan, which is a beneficial fibre which can help to lower cholesterol.
Some of the other nutrients of oats include Vitamin B6, which helps to release the body's feel-good hormone.
Oats can also be used during beauty treatments to prevent dry skin.
