Hey Rui En, don't worry. Other celebs have a bitchy resting face too.
Actress Rui En received a lot of flak for sporting a black face throughout the entire Star Awards ceremony last weekend.
And personally, I'm not faulting her.
The basic truth is that she has a bitchy resting face, which is something you can't help.
And that is much more preferable to faking smiles and hugs anyway.
So I wouldn't give her too much flak for it.
And while Rui En may be the more popular personality who has been diagnosed with the syndrome, she certainly isn't the only one.
She also has counterparts in Hollywood - and most of them are successful.
So to Rui En, I say: "You go girl. You do you."
Here are seven other people with bitch resting face syndrome.
Kristen Stewart
When Kristen Stewart first exploded onto Hollywood with Twilight, she almost exclusively wore this expression in the movies and in press tours.
She has cracked a few smiles over the last two years - but that bitchy resting face still prevails.
Kanye West
Whether he's with his wife Kim Kardashian, or his daughter North West or interrupting winners at award shows, it's always this expression that we are met with.
Sure, he's probably thinking of who else to humiliate, but more often that not, this is his natural bitchy resting face.
Victoria Beckham
Sometimes, it may seem like Victoria Beckham might be physically hurt if she cracks a big old smile. But really, she's a happy and successful designer, wife and mother.
We're sure she would smile about it if she could.
Rooney Mara
The girl with the dragon tattoo might as well be the dragon - she just looks fierce. But again, it's not her fault.
Jay Z
One of the richest musicians on the planet, he has a lot to be happy about. I mean, his wife is Beyonce.
Here he is trying to ditch that resting bitch face, but sorry Jay, try harder. You just look confused.
Grumpy Cat
If only everyone could be rich and famous for being born with the bitchy resting face. But we all can't be like Grumpy Cat - who now has his own movie.
