Hey Singapore, Captain America wants you! South-east Asian actors wanted for Marvel's next film
Singaporeans, would you like to appear in the next Captain America movie featuring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Robert Downey Jr?
Marvel Studios has made a casting call for Southeast Asian actors to appear in Captain America: Civil War, which is slated for a May release next year.
According to Disney Casting Calls, the film is looking for males and females of Southeast Asian descent - Thais, Indonesians, Cambodians, Malaysians, Filipinos, East Indians, Vietnamese and of course, Singaporeans - between the ages of 21 to 75 for filming on April 27.
Applicants must include recent photographs of themselves as well as one shot of themselves in an ethnic outfit, if any.
There's just one catch - you'll have to be legally eligible to work in Atlanta, Georgia at the time. And yes, that's in the United States if you didn't know already.
Head on over to Disney Casting Calls for more information on sending in your application.
And if you'll excuse me, I'm off to send my application - I'm not going to miss a chance to see Scarlett Johansson or Robert Downey Jr, now am I?
