Toast to this year's Beer Babe winner
Miss Venetia Lim (above) has been named the winner of the Beer Babe contest for this year's Beerfest Asia, where she will be promoting Asia Pacific Breweries beers at the festival.
"I am excited. And happy to know that my family or friends can be one of the winners of the draw," said the 24-year-old fresh graduate, who won via public voting.
Five winners from the pool of voters who voted for Miss Lim will receive passes worth $268 each to attend Beerfest Asia 2016 on June 19.
"I am happy to see that they are supportive of me. And for supporting me, I hope they will win the tickets," she said.
"I am expecting a lot of people - even more than past years," added the Tiger representative.
Miss Lim said that for the first time, visitors can learn to pour their own pint and experience the unique steps taken to fill a cup of Guinness beer as compared to other draft beers.
"I am looking forward to it," she said.
"Visitors should try different beers from all over the world."
