Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine has reopened its doors after a three-month renovation, unveiling a refreshed space and exciting new dishes alongside familiar favourites.

Dive into their Teochew “Muay” Menu, available exclusively for lunch, and savour signature dishes like the comforting Chaoshan Aged Preserved Radish, Conpoy and Pork Porridge ($7.50/bowl) and the impressive Teochew Braised Platter ($42), featuring pig intestines, pig trotters, goose web, goose wing, and squid.

Available Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 2.30pm.

2. Swensen's Unlimited VivoCity: A Christmas Feast

Celebrate Christmas with a festive feast at Swensen's Unlimited VivoCity.

Indulge in seasonal specialties like festive roasts, a decadent chocolate fountain, and 12 new festive ice cream flavours alongside their existing 48 options. From Creamy Salmon Chowder and Merry Cranberry Meatballs to the Christmas Tree Pull Apart Bread and new ice cream flavours like Gingerbread and S’mores, there's something to satisfy every craving.

The Christmas Themed Buffet is available until Jan 1, 2025, for both lunch and dinner. Prices start from $35 for adults and $15 for children.

3. Viral TikTok Egg Rice: Runny Egg Goodness Arrives in Ang Mo Kio

Bangkok's viral TikTok egg rice sensation has landed in Singapore! 

Offering four of the original restaurant's favourites and one Singapore-exclusive dish, this is a must-try for egg-lovers.

The signature Prawn Running Egg Rice ($7.80) and the popular Chicken Basil Running Egg Rice ($6.80) are joined by the Pork Jowl Running Egg Rice ($7.80) and the Grilled Pork Running Egg Rice ($7.80).

Don't miss the Singapore-exclusive Luncheon Meat Running Egg Rice ($5.80). Add-ons like Luncheon Meat ($2) and Chicken Basil ($4) are available for all bowls.

4. Nana & Friends Cafe: Mystery Blind Box Bingsu and More

Singapore’s first-ever Mystery Blind Box Bingsu Cafe has opened in Suntec City!

Featuring adorable locally-created characters Nana & Friends, this cafe offers a unique dining experience. Choose from six bingsu flavours ($18 each) - Mango, Pineapple, Matcha, Strawberry, Chocolate Caramel, and Jiuxian -  and receive a random Nana, Fluff, or Moogie character pudding and a mystery Nana & Friends plushie.

They also offer mini tarts ($5) in flavours like Dark Chocolate and Earl Grey Lime, savoury quiches ($13) such as Salmon & Spinach and Chicken, and refreshing drinks like the Ice Honey Lemon Soda ($6) and Ice Raspberry Lemonade ($6.50). Don't forget the Mochi Waffles ($4)!
