Fan smashes face in clingwrap to meet Big Bang
Top K-pop boy band Big Bang's hints of comeback and new tour at S'pore fan meet attended by 10,000 fans
Who knew that smashing your face against clingwrap would get you a chance to meet your favourite idols on stage?
That was what happend to Ms Ang Sey Min when she decided to join the "Today's Big Fan" photo competition held before the event, which encouraged fans to show their love for top South Korean boy band Big Bang.
The 29-year-old dressed up as member Daesung and smashed her face into clingwrap for a photo, just as he had done for an appearance on the variety show Running Man.
The band picked her out of three finalists as having the funniest photo.
Ms Ang got to go on stage to meet her idols and take a photo with them. She managed to ask band member Seungri to say hi to her friends in the crowd.

"So I decided to just do something homemade and funny. Because of the hot weather, I was even wearing slippers, which I didn't expect Seungri to point out on stage.
"It was a bit embarrassing but I have no regrets."
More than a year since their last concert, the K-pop superstars were back in town on Sunday for their fan meet tour MADE V.I.P at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Despite the absence of popular member T.O.P, who was not able to make it due to conflicts in his schedule, tickets were sold out and a crowd of 10,000 V.I.Ps - Big Bang's official fanclub's name - turned up, screaming themselves hoarse and waving their yellow light sticks wildly in the air.
Although the other four members of the band had flown in from Kuala Lumpur a couple of hours earlier, they happily played around with each other on stage and showed their charismatic and flirty side to the fans.
The members played "couple ping-pong" against each other with Daesung and G-Dragon against Seungri and Taeyang.
Lucky fans were also picked to team up with each member and play a three-legged race, which involved picking up soft toys with random objects and putting them in a basket.
Seungri and G-Dragon heated up the stadium and made fans scream in excitement when they hugged their teammates tightly for more than a minute long, leaving the girls speechless and blushing bright red.
After the games, fans were also treated to the group's chart-topping hits, such as Bang Bang Bang, Loser, and Bae Bae.
Each member also had their solo stages, showcasing fan favourites like Taeyang's Eyes, Nose, Lips and Seungri's Strong Baby.
Before ending the fan meet, leader G-Dragon hinted that the group would be making a comeback with a new album soon and would be starting a new tour.
Polytechnic graduate Nurul Atikah Hussin, 20, who has been a fan of Big Bang since 2009, told TNP that she has been to every Big Bang concert in Singapore.
"I always make sure that I buy the best tickets there are because I know that they will always give their best when they are on stage, so it's totally worth it," she said.
