The best of Emmy-Nominated Lip Sync Battle
There were many surprises that came with the announcement of this year's Emmy nominees on Thursday.
Game of Thrones, leading the pack with 23 nominations, was not one of them.
But Beyonce's four Emmy nods and the inclusion of newbies USA Network drama Mr. Robot and Netflix's Master of None were among some of the welcomed surprises.
Adding to that, the wildly-entertaining Lip Sync Battle, which sees celebrities in a duel of wit and spontaneity as they mime popular hits, was nominated for outstanding structured reality program.
We look back at some of the show's top buzzing moments.
CHANNING TATUM AND JENNA DEWAN-TATUM

It's not every day you see the usually hunky Channing Tatum clad in full-on drag - wavy blonde locks, bra, stockings, the works - gyrating to girl power anthem Run the World (Girls).
Tatum's tactical move to rope in the hitmaker Beyonce resulted in a fiery, sassy spectacle that far eclipsed his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum's Paula Abdul-aided stunt during Cold Hearted.
Even his moment as Frozen princess Elsa belting Let It Go surrounded by giant human snowflakes paled in comparison.
That is, until his missus thrashed him at his own game and paid tribute to his infamous Magic Mike XXL strip routine.

Oh Tatum, what a lucky man you are.
ANNE HATHAWAY
Actress Anne Hathaway channelled Miley Cyrus. PHOTO: YOUTUBE SCREEN GRABWe certainly didn't see this one coming.
The usually clean-cut Alice Through the Looking Glass star went down the unconventional path and channelled Miley Cyrus during, arguably, the most controversial time in the latter's career.
Singing Cyrus' hit Wrecking Ball, Hathaway perfected all of her eyebrow-raising antics as seen in her 2013 music video.
Yes, that meant everything from the hammer-licking to the crazy swinging atop a giant ball.
Hathaway has a history of being one of Hollywood's most hated actress but this certainly tore down the walls between her and her detractors.
JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT
Joseph Gordon-Levitt took on a Janet Jackson hit. PHOTO: YOUTUBE SCREEN GRABOh, he probably made Janet Jackson so proud.
The talented actor-director sported a ponytail beneath a cap, lined his lips with lipstick and donned an all-black get-up to mimic Jackson in Rhythm Nation.
Gordon-Levitt easily beat his opponent Anthony Mackie when he proved that his dancing and lip sync abilities are on par with his acting chops.
DWAYNE JOHNSON
Dwayne Johnson lip synced to Taylor Swift's Shake It Off. PHOTO: YOUTUBE SCREENGRABI never thought the day would come when I see a macho beefcake and former wrestler prancing to the beat of a chart-topping hit, what more, one sung by a pop darling like Taylor Swift.
(Eurgh, Taylor Swift, but that's for another day.)
It's slightly disconcerting how much this grown man seems to be enjoying himself singing Shake It Off but the strange mismatch is what makes this battle a delight to witness.
With his enthusiasm, I half expected him to whip out a cheerleader outfit to wear, just like Swift did in her MV.
Now, that's an image that would be extremely hard to shake, shake, shake off.
TERRY CREWS

Like me, one of your favourite scenes in White Chicks is probable when Latrell Spencer (played by Crews) enthusiastically sings Vanessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles in the car.
So it only made sense that he paid tribute to his iconic character's favourite song in his Lip Sync Battle performance.
The icing on the cake was when the audience was treated to a show of his infamous talent - making his defined pecs dance and jiggle.
Crews sure got moves.
